Creativity showed the largest effect (r = .72; weighted r = .73), followed by motivation (r = .63; weighted r = .65) and self-efficacy (r = .60; weighted r = .61). These person-level competencies were highlighted as facilitating innovation, adaptability, and persistence under digitalization and hybrid work conditions. Risk-taking and emotional intelligence registered moderate and steady contributions (r = .42–.46).
